Our cakes are made fresh – never frozen or refrigerated – always from the finest of ingredients. Special requests, family-favorite recipes and allergy accommodations are welcome.
 
Cake Flavors and Recommended Fillings
While these are our favorites, requests for any cake with any filling will most certainly be honored!
 

*Golden Butter Cake – a traditional, yellow butter cake, rich in butter and very moist. Our most requested flavor!

Recommended fillings: buttercream, almond buttercream, chocolate buttercream, cream cheese, chocolate cream cheese, chocolate ganache, mocha buttercream, coconut buttercream, strawberry puree, raspberry puree, lemon curd, lemon buttercream.

*French Vanilla White Cake – a traditional white cake with just a whisper of real vanilla.

Recommended fillings: buttercream, almond buttercream, chocolate buttercream, cream cheese, chocolate cream cheese, chocolate ganache, mocha buttercream, coconut buttercream, strawberry puree, raspberry puree, lemon curd, lemon buttercream.

*Chocolate Dream Cake – a sweet, moist chocolate cake that's perfect for those chocolate lovers!

Recommended fillings: buttercream, almond buttercream, chocolate buttercream, cream cheese, chocolate cream cheese, chocolate ganache, mocha buttercream, coconut buttercream, strawberry puree, raspberry puree, lemon curd, lemon buttercream.

*Chocolate Chip Cake – miniature morsels of chocolate nestled into white cake. Cinda's personal favorite!

Recommended fillings: chocolate ganache.

*Almond Cake – toasted almonds and Amaretto in the perfect blend.

Recommended fillings: buttercream, almond buttercream, mocha buttercream, chocolate buttercream, cream cheese, chocolate cream cheese.

*Lemon Cake – light, melt-in-your-mouth lemony. Ask to add poppy seeds for a nutty twist!

Recommended fillings: lemon curd, lemon buttercream, buttercream, strawberry puree, raspberry puree.

Spice Cake – If you're a fan of pumpkin pie, this cake is a must. A rich, moist cake made with pumpkin, enhanced with nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice. If you attended the bridal show and tried our spice cake, this is the one that gets all the rave reviews!

Recommended fillings: buttercream, white chocolate buttercream, cream cheese.

Cinnamon Swirl Cake – our French vanilla white cake, swirled with cinnamon and sugar -- a recipe developed while creating a Mardi Gras King Cake!

Recommended fillings: buttercream, cream cheese.

Marble Cake – By popular demand, a wonderfully moist white cake with swirls of rich chocolate!

Recommended fillings: buttercream, cream cheese, chocolate buttercream, chocolate cream cheese buttercream, chocolate ganache.

Carrot Cake – as customers have told us time and time again, "the best carrot cake I have ever had!" Raisins and/or toasted pecans added by request.

Recommended fillings: cream cheese, buttercream.

Coconut Cake – a white cake, rich in cream cheese and coconut. A recipe given to us by a bride for her luau wedding!

Recommended fillings: white chocolate buttercream, coconut buttercream, buttercream, and a special, coconut/macadamia nut/cranberry filling (an extra charge applies).

*Red Velvet Cake – a moist, cocoa-flavored cake, deep red in color. The perfect flavor for a groom's cake! Because of it's intense color, this flavor is not recommended for white-frosted wedding cakes.

Recommended fillings: buttercream, almond buttercream, mocha buttercream, chocolate buttercream, cream cheese, chocolate cream cheese.

Peanut Butter Cake – a moist cake with a great peanutty flavor, with real bits of fresh roasted peanuts throughout.

Tiramisu Cake – like the famous Italian dessert, this 'pick-me-up' cake is rich with coffee liquor

Dark Chocolate Espresso Cake – a rich, dark chocolate cake, brushed with coffee liquor. Upon request, the liquor can be left off for just a rich, dark chocolate cake

 
* 3-Dimensional Cakes
All 3-dimensional cakes require a little extra density in the cake; hence, the cakes marked with an asterisk (*) above are available for 3-dimensional creations. Not to worry - the cakes are still very moist! Additionally, there are no fillings in 3-dimensional cakes. Some exceptions can be made – ask for details.
