From I-40/440 in Raleigh, take US-1 South to the NC55 - Apex exit. Turn left at the top of the ramp; this will be NC55 East toward Holly Springs/Fuquay-Varina. Continue on NC55 ByPass for 5 miles.

From I-40 in Durham or Chapel Hill, take the NC55 - Apex exit and turn right onto NC55 East. Continue for approximately 17 miles. Follow the NC55 ByPass as you approach Holly Springs.

From RDU, take I-540 West to Apex. Follow NC55 East for approximately 20 miles. Follow the NC55 ByPass as you approach Holly Springs.

From RTP, take T.W.Alexander west to NC-55. Turn left onto NC-55 and continue for approximately 16 miles. Follow the NC55 ByPass as you approach Holly Springs.
